The Service Connection: Curriculum Overview

A new paradigm leadership model of co-creation & conscious community

The Service Connection welcomes women leaders who seek new ways of catalyzing positive change and heartful collaboration in the world. Within an open learning system, this virtual program provides a framework & process to embody a new leadership model based in co-creation, generosity, and commUnity. Upon completion of this 28 week experiential & integrative program, you will have:

* Learned the art & practice of a virtual community-building process that can be adapted for your own business, community, or future philanthropic ventures;
* Made an impact on current, pressing challenges facing our communities and planet through financial sponsorship of specific organizations you helped to identify & select;
* Mastered “new” leadership qualities that will be vitally important in the next chapter of humanity, including receptivity, collaboration, open hearted speaking, open minded inquiry, intuitive listening, surrender, honoring the process, inclusiveness, compassion, authenticity and service;
* Gained a greater appreciation and confidence in leading from your strengths;
* Increased your awareness of being present and living more joyfully through daily practices of clearing, gratitude, and intention setting;
* Co-created a supportive, dynamic network where you will continue to receive inspiration & courage to be in service to the world;
* Enhanced your capacity to more fully give and receive, thus creating a greater sense of balance and fulfillment in your life.

There are 3 core inter-connected processes working throughout this experiential learning program.

* A weekly teleCircle where all 15 participants gather within a sacred format which creates energetic alignment & increased awareness through opening to gratitude and to the wisdom of the circle. These circles are guided around the core guiding principles which create weekly focus themes.

* The learning journals add focused exploration questions for each cycle to provide space & intention for inner reflection & deepening.

* Group support in virtual learning teams offers opportunity for integrating & expanding understanding to further embody the guiding principles.

Each cycle is nested with the co-creative leadership aspect deepening throughout the four program cycles. The Service Project selection is woven into the process.

Guiding principles that flow through all 4 cycles:

waterfall

All flows from within.
Everything we need lives within our unique design; by living
the fullness of this design, we create wholeness in the world.

Clear the past to serve fully in the present.
An open channel primes the way for Good to flow;
releasing what is no longer useful brings us into useFULLness.

Spring from gratitude & positivity.
Gratitude aligns us with our natural flow, bringing us
into great fullness of being.

Be a lighthouse of purposeful intent.
As we live on-Purpose, we become catalysts for others
to do the same. Conscious intent focuses our purpose.

Arise from abundant possibility.
Our inner visions are meant to guide & uplift us; seeing the potential in every situation compels us to serve from highest Purpose.

The universe awaits our purposeful action.
Acting from inspiration rather than habit sustains us; aligning each action in purpose & love creates a steady flow of energetic support.

Stay present to synchronicity.
Live within a continuous stream of learning by integrating, then opening to each new moment. Allow flow. Have faith in the process.
