Major Program Facets of our 28 week leadership training
A community of women embodying a new model of
SHARED LEADERSHIPThroughout this program, you will have opportunities to bring forth your authentic style of leadership by serving as a mentor, co-facilitator and Circle guide. As you move through the four nested 7-week cycles of the experience, you will awaken to your fullness as a service-oriented leader.
co-facilitation, you will:
*experience a powerful new model of co-creation that puts your leadership into service within a progressive system;
*select and allocate funding to various service projects;
*receive payment as a co-facilitator upon full enrollment of 8 new participants in your Service Circle.
How LEAP flows as a leadership training:
Cycle 1/Internalizing the foundations of wholeness: a 7-week “Initiate” training in a model of wholeness based on 7 guiding principles of inspired service. In this cycle, you will participate in sacred Circle, and then deepen your experience of yourself as a service-leader through collaborative inquiry within a learning team/exploratory process.
Cycle 2/Radiating outwardly through service: a 7-week “Mentor” training as a guide to 2 Initiates where you will further embody the guiding principles of inspired service. In this cycle, you will expand your experience of yourself as a service-leader as you mentor others in this integrative process.
Cycle 3/Integrating principles of co-creative leadership: a 7-week paid internship as a “Light Partner” where you will co-facilitate the weekly calls and provide leadership/program support for your circle guide. When you complete this cycle, you will be prepared to serve as a teleCircle facilitator and to manage the Service Project portion of the program.
Cycle 4/Serving from wholeness: a final 7-week paid facilitation in which you will serve as a “Guiding Light” circle facilitator, mentor and inspirational guide for all program participants. You will also serve as the leader of the collective Service project.
As you complete this final cycle of the Leadership Engagement Activation Practicuum, our highest intention is that your capacity to do Good in the world will have grown, and that you will be in such fullness that the stream of giving that flows through YOU will never end.
