The Service Connection 3-year Vision

We are an expansive commUnity of focused Circles of women who are creating positive solutions for the world. We are birthing a new model of leadership where each individual voice is respected and amplified to enrich the Whole.

The Service Connection (TSC) integrative learning framework supports women to embody the new, feminine model of leadership in all areas of our lives. This transformative model is grounded in the values of generosity, authenticity, intuition, receptivity, deep listening, collaboration, and service. The Service Connection “movement” inspires wholeness & fullness of individual expression while catalyzing wide scale change as a fluid river of Good.


***The Organizational Framework***

By the year 2012, this network has 2000 individual circles supporting 30,000 women to step more fully into their leadership. After three years of serving together, we have given almost $37,000,000 to organizations selected by the various circles. In addition, women who have participated in the full program have collectively received over $40,000,000 to support their own giving.

Graduates of The Service Connection program are part of our Council of Radiance (COR), a virtual network of leaders who come together annually to celebrate what we have co-created. The Council of Radiance also votes on distributions from the COR Service fund, which in the third full year reaches over $9M.

The Service Connection Leadership Council, a subset of the Council of Radiance, is the guiding force to uphold the Vision and to evolve the program.

 


***The Service Model & Program***

Each new Service Circle gathers 15 women to experience this transformative model of shared leadership and philanthropic giving. Within an integrative, open learning system, individuals explore ways to live in wholeness and from generosity, deepening understanding of how to serve as a vessel of Good as they travel through 4 consecutive, nested leadership cycles.

During the entire 4 cycle experience of each Service Circle, individuals will participate in giving a total of $36,000 to organizations selected by their circle. In addition, each individual has the opportunity to receive $10,500 during the 3rd & 4th cycles which they may use to fuel their own generosity.

The philanthropy project(s) are selected based on alignment with our selection guidelines, with emphasis given to programs that inspire wholeness, service, community and generosity. Consideration is also given to impact and sustainability.
